Goshtiran Factory is the first producer of meat products in the country. It started its activities under the name Arzuman in 1925. With the expansion of its activities in 1955, the factory was established at the current location of 4th kilometer of the old Karaj road. After the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the name of the company and its products were changed to Goshtiran.
